Privacy Policy
Mowing & Moore ("we," "us," "our") operates mowing-and-moore.vercel.app (the "Site"). This page explains what information we collect from visitors and quote requesters, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit the quote request form on this Site, we collect:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Property address
- The service you're requesting (mowing, pressure washing, or both)
If you contact us by text, call, or email instead of the form, we receive whatever information you choose to share with us through that channel.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for every visitor — such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed — for security and performance purposes. We don't access this data individually or use it to identify you.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your quote request, schedule service, and communicate with you about work at your property. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Quote form submissions are delivered to our email inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. FormSubmit receives the information you enter into the form solely to route it to us — see FormSubmit's privacy policy for how they handle that data in transit.
This Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log IP addresses per Google's privacy policy. We do not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this Site.
Data retention
We keep quote request information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, to service your account. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly. We'll respond as soon as we're able.
Children's privacy
This Site is intended for adults arranging lawn care and pressure washing services and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate the Site. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
