These Terms of Use govern your use of mowing-and-moore.vercel.app (the "Site") and your engagement of lawn care and pressure washing services from Mowing & Moore ("we," "us," "our"), serving Lexington, Kentucky and the surrounding area. By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Prices communicated by text, call, or email are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed once we've assessed the property in person or through the details you send us. We quote a straight price before work begins — if the scope changes once we're on site, we'll discuss it with you before doing any additional work.

Scheduling

We do our best to service your property within the timeframe discussed, but scheduling can shift due to weather, equipment issues, or crew availability. We'll communicate any delays as soon as we're aware of them.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we've agreed to different terms with you directly (for example, a recurring billing arrangement for weekly or bi-weekly plans).

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please let us know as early as you can so we can adjust the route for our crew.

Property access and condition

You're responsible for letting us know about anything on the property that could affect the job — sprinkler heads, buried lines, fragile surfaces, pets, or areas to avoid. We take reasonable care while working, but we aren't responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that weren't disclosed to us before we started.

Website content

The Site, including its photos, logo, and written content, belongs to Mowing & Moore and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Information on the Site is provided for general reference and doesn't itself constitute a binding service agreement — that's established when we confirm a quote with you directly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mowing & Moore isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or from services performed, beyond correcting or making right any work that doesn't meet the standard we agreed to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
